Local Climate

Here in Germany, there are four big seasons which all bring some wonderful things with them. Earlier, the seasons were clearly separated, but now they come a little bit closer together. However, my experiences teach me that spring is from around February to April, summer is from June to September, autumn lasts from October to November, and winter is basically December and January. As I said, this has changed a bit and you cannot draw hard lines between the seasons, but basically this is what our year looks like. To show you the wonderful advantages and the special things of each season, I have searched for a few pictures on Pixabay and edited them into a circle.

In spring, there are mild temperatures from around 10°C to 20°C. Only the nights are still cold. There are thousands of colorful flowers and you can see sprouting plants everywhere. A lot of animals awaken from winter sleep and nature is full of life. In summer, there are high temperatures from around 20°C to 40°C. But the really high temperatures are still rare, normally we have 35°C up to 37°C. Summer is the perfect season for playing games with water outside. You just have to wait until 4 or 5 pm, so you don’t get a sunburn. In autumn, there are again medium temperatures, normally between 20°C and 5°C. Nature is preparing for the winter rest, so there are a lot of seeds, colorful leaves and so on. Ideal for crafting wonderful things. There is also more wind, so you can let a kite fly. In winter, there are cold temperatures. Normally, we also had medium temperatures in the last years in winter, but it can also cool down to -10°C. Although, these temperatures are also rare. Normally it is around 0°C and 10°C, so there can be snow.
